DIGITAL SUPER HYBRID SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT

Important: The KX-TD Digital Super Hybrid Systems have gone through several revisions since their introduction. A revision is an enhancement that adds new software, or software and hardware, to the systems. Each revision is identified by the last digit in the model number (-1, -2). The higher the number - the newer the revision. Not all models, features or telephones listed below are compatible with all revisions. Therefore prior to purchasing a model to add to an older system, please be sure to check that it is compatible with your current level of software. Use the Digital Super Hybrid System Revision Compatibility Chart #3, In most cases you can upgrade an older system to the most recent revision with a software and hardware change.

XDP = eXtra Device Port. This feature provides for the connection of any single line device to the eXtra Device Port (XDP)
on the digital telephone or to the tip and ring pair of any station port which is supporting a digital set, thereby doubling the station capacity. When single line ports are used for modem connection, Not All Modem speeds are supported.
